Rock n' roll fantasy

For those of you who couldn't notice or just did not care, in the previous page I exceeded the 1001. I might have miss-numbered the originals... or the numbers here at deviantArt, in either case, I'll leave it right as it is. But I still think I made more than what I was supposed to. Anyway, there are still a couple of surplus pages ahead.
This page is about creatures taken or inspired by certain songs. Yes, I know you have an awesome song from an awesome band, that includes some awesome character/monster. I love that song too, whichever it is, but as I said in several occasions I finished the 1001 like 3 years ago now, so I won't be able to do it.

1006!) Stormbringer: From the Deep Purple song of the same name. Actually, I knew this song before knowing from where it came from. That was good, since I ended up inventing something new instead of just making some Elric of Melniboné's version, the main character in a series of noves by Michael Moorcock. Stormbringer is actually the name of the sword.

1007!) The Fairy King: Based on "My Fairy King" by Queen. The song is about a country were everything is wonderous and perfect 'till of course man comes "to savage in the night
To run like thieves and to kill like knives
To take away the power from the magic hand
To bring about the ruin to the promised land" In the end everything seems to be doomed, but I feel something heroic in the music after the lyrics end almost as if you could see the King riding to take its land again again.

1008!) The fairy feller: ... The Fairy Feller's Master Stroke. >_> Ok, I would probably use some other songs today, there is nothing hardcore about this one... still there was a non-human character wielding a weapon or something... to crack a nut <_<
It descrives a nice picture by Richard Dadd anyway.

1009!) Black Dog:
"Have you seen the black dog's teeth, sharp like a knife?

HELL YEA. If a song is all classy and talks about throat reaping animals as forms of evil crying in the night, it has my vote. Big time. "Black Dog" by Babe Ruth.

1010!) Firebrand: You can have a ghostly steed, ride an icy stallion, hurls your flame at the West and ... poison at the centre... whatever that means, and you'd be cool already. But when this guy rides "the mountains dissolve in fire"

... Ok it's a completely fictional character, but the awesomeness of the mere idea of dissolving a mountain in fire... Its like a dream came true... in a fantasy context. "Firebrand" by Van Der Graaf Generator.

1011!) Rainbow demon:
Damn! he should have a gun too? I just gave him a sword...

I heard something like "and its gone" at the end. Well maybe the gun is in one of those weird things I gave it all over its body. Song of the same name by Uriah Heep.

1012!) The sleepwalker: "These waking dreams of life and death
in the mirror are twisted and buckled" Thats what I wanted to show with this one. I know the song is actually talking about normal humans ... but the zombie-like, spirit of the subconscious, gave me enough space to make this... thing.
Strongly recommend this song, "The Sleepwalkers" by Van Der Graaf Generator. It's quite long, I warn you.

1013!) Dearg Doom:

They got me with the demon slaying silver demon... blade. Mhe, its a nice song. "Dearg Doom" by Horslips.

1014!) Ogre man: I've always liked the older Queen songs, the ones about Rhye and stuff.
